Manny Pacquiao vs Floyd Mayweather Jr: The Next Mouth-Watering Battle in Boxing?

You already know that Manny Pacquiao has thrashed Ricky Hatton in Saturday night’s much-awaited bout in Las Vegas. The Battle of East and West ended within 5 minutes and 59 seconds as Pacquiao knocked out his British opponent during the second round. Manny Pacquiao is now considered to be the upcoming legend of boxing after winning four successive fights in four weight classes, a unique achievement in the history of boxing. The Filipino is now the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world.


Meanwhile, Floyd Mayweather Jr. has announced his return to the ring, breaking his retirement announced 16 months back. In fact, the former no.1 pound-for-pound boxer has already signed for a fight with Juan Manuel Marquez whom Pacquiao outperformed earlier in a split decision. Mayweather Jr. has also hinted his desire to fight against Pacquiao in what would be another highly anticipating bout in world boxing. Now, let us see if Pacquiao shows the same desire for a bout against Mayweather Jr.
